The Newfoundland Club

Newforest Working Dogs held an 'in house' water test at the New Forest Water Park, the weather could have been better as it was wet and windy which made keeping the paperwork dry under a rather old & leaky gazebo quite a challenge. Our judges were Kay Burridge and David Taylor, I stepped in to judge Kay's entry in B, we had a good entry of 8 in A with 7 passes and also 8 in B, 6 of which had just passed A, again 7 passes, there were 5 Newfoundlands and 6 Leonbergers in total, many thanks to the judges and stewards who worked hard in the unpleasant weather. A good atmosphere all day and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Thank you NCWSSC  for inviting us to judge A&B today, we had 8 entries in each section. Well done everyone shame Ronnie & Jane couldn't organise the sunshine today but we had a great time despite the rain, thanks all at Newforest Working Newfoundlands for your hospitality.

I judged one entry at level B with David Taylor. This was a pass in which saw the first elements were performed well. The controlled swim could have been better but  there was enough good work to achieve a pass.
